REAC Auditing Supervisor

Have a fast-approaching REAC Inspection and do not know where to start? This is where our Auditing Supervisor comes in. This role is best utilized in conjunction with our REAC Team, or a fully staffed maintenance department. The Auditing Supervisor thoroughly inspects a HUD property, creating a punch list for the REAC Team (or your Maintenance Department) to resolve before your REAC Inspection. The Auditor returns on the day of inspection to walk the property with the REAC Inspector.
